  1. 1. What does PAKT do?

    PAKT is a premium service for wardrobe management. We offer climate-controlled storage, a digital inventory, consignment and on-demand access for your clothes and accessories.

    Once you sign up for PAKT and book a collection, a white-gloved PAKT valet will come and pack your items in garment bags. We inspect and UV sterilise each item before professionally photographing them to create your personalised digital wardrobe. If needed, we can also arrange cleaning, repairs and alterations. Your items are then stored on individual hangers and in LITE bags in our secure 'clean room'. Our 24/7 air-conditioning and humidity-controlled facility keeps your garments in perfect condition.

    You can access your items anytime, anywhere. Simply select what you need with a tap on your phone, choose a time and place, and we will deliver your items hanging and ready to wear.

    PAKT’s consignment service allows you to sell your pre-loved items through our partners Vestiaire Collective and Style Tribute.

  2. 2. How do I sign up for PAKT?

    You can sign up for PAKT in four easy steps:

    1. Choose the service that suits you best
    2. Enter your details and create your PAKT account
    3. Choose your collection date, time and address
    4. Enter your credit card details to confirm your appointment

    Once our Customer Service Team receives your collection request, we will send you an acknowledgement. A PAKT team member will be in touch by email or telephone to confirm your collection.

  3. 3. What is the difference between each of the PAKT packages?

    PAKT X allows you to rotate your clothes in and out whenever you need. You can choose the size of your wardrobe extension, with packages starting from as few as five items. Charges are calculated at a flat monthly rate based on the size of your wardrobe extension and include one or two free deliveries every month. If you wish to store more items with us, simply upgrade your package and benefit from lower prices per item.

    Your package allows you to digitise double the item amount of your PAKT X package every six months. This means a 50-item wardrobe includes digitisation for up to 100 items over six months. Additional digitisation beyond your package limit can be arranged at HKD 35 per item.

    PAKT LUXE is for storing, archiving and preserving specialty garments and collectibles - including wedding dresses, furs and evening gowns, as well as limited edition trainers and luxury bags over a certain value. Each item is charged at a flat monthly fee, with a minimum of one item stored for one month.

    PAKT TRAVELLER is our service for frequent travellers to Hong Kong - leave up to ten hanging items and a carry-on bag with us, including your cosmetics, electronics or gym gear. We will create a digital inventory, launder your items as required and deliver everything to wherever you are staying, ready-to-wear when you arrive.

    PAKT BRIDAL is perfect for archiving your dress after your wedding, or storing and keeping it safe in the lead up to the big day. We will create a digital inventory of your items, store them at our climate-controlled facility and deliver them when you need them. Packages are available for a single dress or up to ten bridal party items and include one collection and delivery.

    PAKT PIX is our digital wardrobe service, allowing you to easily view your clothes and accessories on your phone and keep track of what you have and what you need next. We will collect your items, professionally photograph them, create your digital wardrobe and deliver your items back to you. One-off packages have a flat charge starting at a minimum of 40 items, including one collection and delivery. Additional items incur an extra charge per item.

    PAKT SKI is our solution for storing bulky outerwear, base layers, boots, helmets, boards and skis. All wearable items are photographed as a single flat lay inventory and are stored in a SKI bag at our climate-controlled facility, while skis and snowboards are stored separately. Our flat-fee packages include one SKI bag weighing up to 15 kg, collection, delivery and are available for six- or twelve-months. Ski and snowboard storage is charged separately.

    PAKT STYLE is our service for detoxing your wardrobe when you need expert guidance about what to keep, store, or consign with our expert partners, including Vestiaire Collective. Enjoy a wardrobe detox with one of our stylists, available for either three- or five-hour sessions.

  4. 4. How much does it cost to use PAKT?

    Not as much as you might think – our prices are as low as HKD 27 /item /month. We are always working hard to keep our prices as reasonable as possible while ensuring the highest service levels. The total cost will depend on the type of service you require, the number of items you are storing and the duration of the package you choose. We offer significant discounts for six- and twelve-month packages. Occasionally, introductory and special offers can be found on our website.

    Collections are free, and deliveries cost HKD 99 plus tunnel and parking fees. PAKT reserves the right to make all decisions relating to collections and deliveries (see Terms and Conditions for more information).

    Cleaning, pressing, repairs and alterations are charged at cost (receipts will be provided) plus a handling fee of HKD 50. Whenever PAKT negotiates discounts with suppliers, we will pass these discounts on to our clients.

  5. 5. Can I estimate the monthly cost myself?

    Yes, simply select the service best suited to your needs and choose the duration and number of items on our online package calculator. To ensure you receive the best value, choose a longer duration package when you sign-up.

    Additional fees for cleaning, pressing, repairs or alterations will be charged based on the cost of each particular service and vendor.

  6. 6. How do I pay for services such as dry-cleaning and repairs?

    PAKT will charge your current credit card on file once the services and/or invoices have been agreed/provided. We may collect larger amounts in advance - our Customer Service Team will contact you directly to arrange this.

  7. 7. How do I pay for the storage component?

    When you sign-up for PAKT you need to provide a valid credit card, which we will charge in advance for each package you purchase.

    PAKT X has a minimum storage period of three months. Six- and twelve-month packages are available at discounted rates.

    PAKT LUXE has a minimum storage period of one month. Six- and twelve-month packages are available at discounted rates.

    PAKT TRAVELLER has a minimum subscription period of six months. A twelve-month package is available at a discounted rate.

    PAKT BRIDAL has a minimum storage period of one month. Six- and twelve-month packages are available at discounted rates.

  8. 8. How do I pay for collections and deliveries?

    All collections are free of charge. Deliveries are charged at HKD 99 plus tunnel and parking fees.

    We offer free roundtrip delivery and collection for PAKT LUXE and PAKT X clients, subject to a minimum of five new items being collected for storage.

    Clients who wish to retrieve items directly from us can do so free of charge by making an appointment within normal business hours. For retrievals outside business hours, PAKT reserves the right to charge an additional fee. Contact us at [email protected] for further details. PAKT's decisions relating to all collections and deliveries are final and binding.

  9. 9. How are my clothes and other items kept?

    Your clothes are important to us, and we maintain the highest professional standards when inspecting and transporting your items.

    The PAKT 'clean room' provides a pristine environment in which to store your clothes. We permanently maintain our facility at a temperature of 19 – 21ºC with 50 – 60% humidity. We also have a dedicated fur storage room where we keep the temperature at 13 – 18ºC. Meanwhile, the air is filtered every two hours, removing dust, odour, allergens and mould down to 3 microns in size.

    PAKT's facilities also include UVC light sterilisation, ecological pest control, individual garment bags and an access-limiting security system. We designed our storage facility to provide the best possible environment for your clothes.

  10. 10. How are my clothes and other items handled?

    We handle your clothes and accessories with the utmost care and respect, ensuring they arrive at our facility safely.

    A white-gloved valet will collect your items and transport them to our facility in garment bags. Once there, we individually inspect, photograph, and prepare a condition report for every item. Your clothes will be in quarantine for a brief period of time while we assess their suitability for storage in the PAKT 'clean room'. We then select the most appropriate storage bags, boxes and packing materials to look after your clothes in the best possible way. All items pass through UVC light sterilisation before storage in the PAKT 'clean room'.

  11. 11. What are your hours of operation?

    The PAKT facility is open from 9:30 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 1 pm Saturday. We are also happy to help you outside of these hours and will make alternative arrangements when possible. You are also welcome to make an appointment to drop off or pick up clothes in person without any additional service charge. Free parking is subject to availability.

    For collections and deliveries:

    • Standard next-day service is available 10 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 1 pm Saturday.
    • We require one day's notice for standard next-day service - appointments must be made by 4 pm Monday to Friday and 11 am Saturday.
    • There is no service on public holidays and Sundays unless previously arranged.

  12. 12. Can I still access PAKT while away from Hong Kong?

    Yes, you can log in to your account and browse your stored items, book a collection, delivery or make other requests from anywhere with just a tap on your phone.

  13. 13. Do you dedicate a space to each client?

    To optimise efficiency and offer you the best value-for-money we group items for storage by type and size. Every item is individually barcoded and tracked through our warehouse management system.

  14. 14. Is there a weight limit for my items?

    Although we do not have a strict weight limit on hanging garments, there is a weight restriction of 15 kg on each LITE bag. Please contact us about any bulky packages or special items above 20 kg, which we will assess on a case by case basis.

  15. 15. Can I use my own boxes, hangers and covers?

    Yes, but only by special request. Oversized hangers and boxes take up more space and will incur an additional monthly charge. We use appropriate hangers and garment bags for storage, depending on each item's size and weight.

    Shoes are stored in breathable bags unless otherwise instructed. We provide PAKT branded boxes for shoes, boots and larger items such as beaded dresses and jumpers.   16. 16. How do I make a delivery appointment?

    You can log in to your account and create a delivery appointment in four simple steps by clicking 'Book Delivery':

    1. Select the address we will be delivering to, or add a new address
    2. Add items from your wardrobe to your delivery list
    3. Choose any additional services you require
    4. Choose your preferred delivery date and time

  17. 17. How do I make a collection appointment?

    You can log in to your account and create a collection appointment in four simple steps by clicking 'Book An Appointment':

    1. Select the address we will be collecting from, or add a new address
    2. Add items from your wardrobe to your collection list, or add new items
    3. Choose any additional services you require
    4. Choose your preferred collection date and time

  18. 18. Where in Hong Kong does PAKT collect and deliver?

    Standard collections and deliveries are available for unrestricted areas on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Arrangements can be made on a case by case basis for Lantau Island, outlying islands, and restricted areas by contacting our Customer Service Team at [email protected] or +852 3462 9550.

  19. 19. How much advance notice does PAKT need for appointments?

    We encourage clients to plan collections and deliveries in advance. PAKT LUXE, PAKT X, and PAKT TRAVELLER clients need to finalise appointments at least one day in advance, no later than 4 pm on weekdays and 11 am on Saturday.

  20. 20. Are the Items I store with PAKT insured?

    PAKT maintains in-transit and warehouse insurance against fire, theft and water damage with Chubb, subject to our detailed terms and conditions.

  21. 21. What happens if my payment method expires?

    You can update your payment details and manage your payment methods under My Account.

    Once your payment method expires, any active memberships will risk cancellation and may incur a penalty. PAKT will make every effort to contact you to ensure your account remains in good standing.

  23. 23. How does PAKT Traveler work?

    PAKT Traveler means no more packing, checking-in and waiting for your luggage.

    Leave hanging garments, accessories and a small carry-on suitcase (with your cosmetics, hair dryers, electronics and gym kit) in Hong Kong with PAKT. A digital wardrobe of your stored items allows you to manage your travel wardrobe anytime, anywhere. Arrive in Hong Kong luggage-free with your clothes pressed and ready-to-wear, waiting at your hotel. Return items to PAKT on your departure.

    Laundry and dry-cleaning services can also be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

  24. 24. How does PAKT PIX work?

    Digitise your wardrobe and get lifetime use of your personal digital wardrobe so everything you already have can be seen from your device. PAKT will collect your items, photograph, catalogue and return them to you.

  25. 25. What is consignment?

    PAKT offers a consignment service to help you sell your pre-loved luxury fashion across multiple online marketplace platforms including Vestiaire Collective. PAKT takes care of everything for you: complimentary collection, selection, price setting, descriptions, photography, sales negotiation and shipping.

    Your items will be kept in PAKT's 24/7 climate-controlled facility while it's listed for sale and you receive payment directly to your bank account after your item is sold.

  26. 26. How do I consign?

    Sign up for PAKT Consignment and follow the steps to book a collection. You can choose to consign items that you have stored with us already, or send us new items you wish to sell and white-gloved PAKT valet will pack and collect your items from you. PAKT will handle the rest.

  27. 27. What should I consign?

    We accept designer clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories, watches and jewellery, as well as rare, luxury, vintage pieces. As long as the pieces are in excellent condition, we are delighted to accept them.

    Our top selling brands include Hermes, Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Dior, Prada, Balenciaga, Balmain, Saint Laurent, Versace and Christian Louboutin.

  28. 28. Do my items have to be in perfect condition?

    Ideally, yes. However, we do accept certain items with light signs of wear or a minor defect. Each accepted item is categorised as Never Worn, Very Good and Good.


    Never Worn: No signs of use or any defects. With original tags, box and dust bag.

    Very Good: Light signs of use. No modifications, tear or holes, discolouration. No visible stains and light pilling is accepted.

    Good: Moderate signs of use. No modifications, tear or holes, discolouration. Minor stains (no larger than dime size) and pilling is accepted.


    We do not accept pieces with any of the flaws listed below:

    Apparel

    2. Altered, stretched or shrunk
    3. Heavy pilling
    4. Splitting seams
    5. Larger than dime-size stains
    6. Prominent tears
    7. Missing or broken zippers or buttons

    Leather Goods & Shoes

    1. Prominent discoloration
    2. Broken buckles, zippers or heels
    3. Rips, tears or splitting seams
    4. Excessive scuffing or scratching

    Jewellery & Watches

    1. Missing gemstones
    2. Severe metal scratching or dents
    3. Damage to watch functionality
    4. Noticeable oxidation
  29. 29. What if my items are not selected?

    We will return any unsuitable items to you and first return will be complimentary. Subsequent returns with courier services will be charged at cost plus HKD 50 handling fee. PAKT can also help donate unwanted items on your behalf.

    Please note we are unable to keep you items for more than 90 days after which you will be charged a monthly storage fee. We will deduct the storage fee from your sales revenue but in case where you do not have sales revenue or pay for the fee, we reserve the right to donate your items to a good charity after 6 months.

  30. 30. How do you set the selling price?

    Our goal is to help you monetise your wardrobe in the best way possible. We aim to sell your items at the highest price the market will accept. We consider brand resale value, item condition, market trends and rarity to help determine the best price for your items.

    The price at which we list your item will always be approved by you. In the event that we are unable to agree on a price, your item will be returned to you.

  31. 31. Can I set a minimum price?

    Yes, we are prepared to set a minimum price on exclusive items. If the item remains unsold after 3 months of consignment, we will contact you for a price revision, or to have the item returned to you.

    In the case of return, please note there will be a HKD 300 fee to cover the listing fees, costs of storing, cataloguing and photographing the item in preparation for sale and return shipping.

  32. 32. How long would it take to sell my item?

    Our goal is to help you sell within 3 months. Items in great demand may sell within hours of being listed while items with high prices may take more than 3 months and only begin to receive offers after the price is discounted. Seasonality will also influence sales.

  33. 33. Will you discount the price of my item?

    In the event that your product does not sell within 30 days after going live, our pricing experts will make price revisions in line with market conditions. Price discounts might happen at any point after the 30th day of the item going live and after one year up to 40% off the original listed price.

  34. 34. Will you accept price negotiations?

    Depending on the item's condition and market demand, we will accept offers within the range of 15-20% off current listed price. Our original listed price is generous in order to allow for these types of negotiations.

  35. 35. How much does the PAKT consignment service cost?

    Collections are free for a minimum of 10 items. Upon the sale of your item, we charge a commission based on the final selling price of your item. We do not charge a storage fee while your items are being sold. Delivery charges may apply if we need to return items to you.

  36. 36. When do I get paid?

    Once the sale is confirmed and after the buyer’s 14 day return window has lapsed, we will transfer the sales proceeds to your bank account at the end of the month, if not more frequently for higher price items. You can choose to be paid in money or PAKT credits.

  37. 37. How do PAKT credits work?

    You will have the option of selecting to be paid in money or PAKT credit. PAKT credits have a 15% higher value than money, i.e. for HKD 1,000, you can choose to receive HKD 1,150 PAKT credits (which you can use towards any of our Wardrobe Extension packages).

  38. 38. What is the consignment period?

    The consignment period begins on the date PAKT accepts the item and ends 365 days thereafter. If item remains unsold after 365 days, PAKT may decide to keep selected pieces for an extended period or to have the unsold products returned to you. PAKT can also help you donate unwanted and/or unsold items.

  39. 39. Can I recall an item I consigned?

    Yes, you may request any consigned item to be returned. If the return request is made 90 days or less from the date PAKT accepted the item, there will be a fee of HKD 300 charged per item. This is to cover the listing fees, costs of storing, cataloguing and photographing the item in preparation for sale and return shipping.

  40. 40. What if my item is not authentic?

    All items listed through our partners' marketplace will be inspected and authenticated before they are sent to the buyer. If at any time during the selling process we suspect an item does not pass inspection, we will contact you for proof of purchase in an effort to establish the authenticity of your item.

    Should an item be deemed non-authentic with no proof to attest its authenticity, a HKD 1,000 per item penalty charge will apply to cover all expenses incurred.

  41. 41. What are PAKT's COVID-19 safety measures?

    As we navigate the pandemic, we are taking appropriate measures to ensure the safety of our clients, our employees and the communities in which we live and work.

    • All PAKT staff are fully vaccinated (2-3 doses).
    • Masks and white gloves are worn at all times during collections and deliveries.
    • Upon client request, valets will do a complimentary SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Antigen Test before collection to ensure negative result.
    • We recommend gathering your items near the entrance so that PAKT valets can pack your items efficiently and minimise exposure.
    • Grouping items into categories (clothing, shoes, handbags) will also help to speed up the collection and minimise exposure.
    • No-contact collections are also available upon request (excluding Hermes handbags).
    • Once back at the facility, all items are UV sterilised and handled with white gloves.
