  1. 1. What is PAKT?

    PAKT is the premium service for wardrobe management. Offering storage with digital inventory, 24/7 climate control, UV sterilisation and on-demand access.

    Once you sign up for PAKT and book a collection at your preferred time, a white-glove PAKT valet will come and pack your items in garment bags. We inspect and use UV sterilisation on each item, before we photograph them to create a personalised digital wardrobe. If needed, we can also arrange cleaning and repairs. Your items are then stored on individual hangers in our 24/7 air-conditioned, humidity controlled and secure ‘Clean Room’ storage facility.

    You can then access your clothes anytime, anywhere. Simply select what you need with a tap on your phone, choose your time and place, and we will deliver your items hanging and ready to wear.

  2. 2. What is the difference between the various PAKT packages?

    PAKT LUXE is for all your special clothing ands accessories including furs, hats, wedding dresses and evening wear. These items are charged on flat fee basis with a minimum of 1 item for 1 month.

    PAKT X is our standard 'wardrobe extension' service for everyday or seasonal wear. Pricing is a flat, per item fee per month and includes 1 or 2 free deliveries per month depending on the size of your package. PAKT X is designed for you to manage your wardrobe seasonally or when travelling or attending an event. Use PAKT X as your personal wardrobe extension, rotating clothes in and out. Staying within your package limit should not cost you anything extra. If you wish to keep more items with us, you can simply upgrade your package and benefit from lower prices.

    Our LITE bags can be added to PAKT X if you need to store items that do not need to be stored as a hanging garment. Perfect for T shirts, sweaters and jeans. But please note that anything in a LITE bag will not be individually inspected or photographed for a digital wardrobe.

    PAKT STYLE is when you need help in detoxing your wardrobe and expert guidance on what to keep, store, or sell on. Wardrobe detox sessions with our stylists are available in 3 or 5 hour sessions.

    PAKT SKI is our solution for storing bulky outerwear to base layers, ski boots, helmets and skis. All wearable items are photographed as a single flat lay inventory and are stored in a lite bag in our climate controlled space, for easy delivery once ski season starts again. Skis and snow boards are stored separately.

    PAKT BRIDAL is for archiving your dress post wedding or for storing in the lead up to the big day. Pricing is on flat fee basis either for single dress or as a 10 item bridal party package.

    PAKT TRAVELLER is our service for frequent travellers to Hong Kong. Simply leave up to 10 hanging items and a carry-on bag with us which can include toiletries, gym clothes, or a hairdryer. We will launder as required, create a digital inventory, and deliver everything back ready-to-wear to wherever you are staying on your next trip.

  3. 3. How much does it cost to use PAKT services?

    Not as much as you might think. We are always working hard to keep our prices as reasonable as possible while ensuring the highest levels of service. The price will depend on the type of service you require, the amount of items and duration of the package. We offer significant discounts for 6 and 12 month up front packages. Introductory or special offers, when available, are found on the website.

    Collections are free and deliveries are HKD 99 plus tunnel and parking fees. PAKT reserves the right to make all decisions related to collections and deliveries which will be final.

    Dry-cleaning, specialist cleaning, pressing and repairs are charged at cost with receipts provided plus a handling fee of HKD 50. Wherever PAKT negotiates discounts with suppliers, we will pass these discounts on to our Clients. PAKT will advise in advance when a handling fee is to be charged.

  4. 4. Can I estimate the monthly cost myself?

    Yes, simply go to our Plans & Pricing page and select a package best suited to your needs.

    All additional service fees depend on the value added services we are asked to provide, such as dry-cleaning, laundry, repairs or alterations.

  5. 5. How do I pay for services such as dry-cleaning and repairs?

    PAKT will charge your current credit card on file once the services and/or invoices have been provided. Larger amounts may be collected in advance. Our Customer Service Team will contact you directly to arrange this. To see indicative pricing for clothing care at PAKT, click here.

  6. 6. How do I pay for the storage component?

    A valid credit card for each account and you will be charged at sign up.

    PAKT LUXE has a minimum storage period of 1 month and is billed in advance. 6 and 12 month up front packages are available with additional discounts.

    PAKT X has a minimum storage period of 3 months and is billed in advance. 6 and 12 month packages are available with additional discounts.

    PAKT TRAVELLER has a minimum subscription period of 6 months and is billed in advance.

    One month notice is required to terminate any package.

  7. 7. How do I pay for collections/deliveries?

    All collections are provided free of charge. Deliveries are charged at HKD 99 plus tunnel and parking fees.

    PAKT LUXE and PAKT X offer roundtrip delivery/collection for free, subject to a minimum of 5 new items being collected for storage.

    When clients wish to retrieve items directly from our 'Clean Room', they can do so free of charge, provided the pickup is done by appointment within normal business hours. If outside of normal business hours, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. For further details, please contact us on [email protected]. PAKT's decisions relating to all collections and deliveries are final and binding.

  8. 8. How are my clothes and other items stored?

    Your clothes are important to us and we maintain the highest professional standards when inspecting and transporting your goods.

    The PAKT 'Clean Room' provides a pristine environment in which to store your clothes. In our ‘clean room’ facility, the temperature is maintained at 19 – 21 degrees Celsius with relative humidity of 50 – 60% 24 hours a day. Meanwhile, air is filtered every two hours, removing dust, odour, allergens and mould down to 3 microns in size.

    PAKT’s facilities also include UVC light sterilisation, ecological pest control, individual garment bags and an access-limiting security system. Our storage environment is designed to provide the best possible care for your clothes. We have also have a dedicated fur storage room where the temperature is maintained at 13 – 15 degrees Celsius with relative humidity of 50 – 60%.

  9. 9. How are my clothes and other items handled?

    PAKT treats your clothing and other items with respect and takes the utmost care when handling each item. PAKT’s team of valets arrives at your home to collect your clothes, providing a full 'white glove' concierge service. The valets wear a uniform with white gloves and bring a trolley and garment bags to whisk away your clothes and other items to the PAKT ‘Clean Room’. Upon arrival at our PAKT facilities, unit-level inspection is carried out and a condition report with per item photo inventory is prepared and will be available as soon as possible. Your clothes will be in quarantine for a brief period of time whilst we assess their suitability for storage in the PAKT ‘Clean Room’. The most suitable clothing care products and storage bags, boxes and packing materials are selected to best suit the storage of your items. Our handling processes and packing materials are selected to look after your treasured items in the best possible way.

  10. 10. What are your hours of operation?

    The PAKT facility is open from 09:30 to 19:00, Monday to Friday and 10:00-13:00 Saturday. We are, however, happy to help you outside of these hours and when possible will make alternative arrangements. You are also welcome to visit PAKT or send someone to drop-off or pick-up clothes from PAKT without any additional service charge. Free parking is subject to availability.


    For collections and deliveries, hours of operation are:
    • Standard next-day service hours are 10am to 7pm Mon to Fri; 10am to 1pm Sat
    • One day’s notice is required for standard next-day service and the daily appointment cut off time is 4:00 pm Mon to Fri and 11:00 am Sat
    • There is no service on public holidays and Sundays unless previously arranged

  11. 11. Can I still access PAKT whilst away from Hong Kong?

    Yes, you just log into your account to browse a photo gallery of your stored items. You can book a collection, delivery or make other requests on your selected items with just a tap on your phone.

  12. 12. Do you dedicate a space to each client?

    In order to optimise storage efficiency and to give you the best value-for-money, we group items by type and size. Items are individually barcoded and our warehouse management system keeps track of where your items are in PAKT at any time.

  13. 13. Is there a weight limit of my items?

    Although we do not have a strict weight limit on hanging garments, there is a weight restriction of 15 kg on each LITE bag. Please also contact us about any bulky packages or special items above 20kg which we will assess on a case by case basis.

  14. 14. Can I use my own boxes, hangers and covers?

    Yes, but only by special request. Oversized hangers and boxes take up more space and therefore will incur an additional charge per month. Depending on each item's size and weight, we use appropriate hangers and garment bags for storage. Shoes are stored in breathable bags unless otherwise instructed. We provide PAKT-branded boxes for shoes, boots and larger items such as beaded dresses and jumpers.   15. 15. How do I make a collection or delivery appointment?

    You can log into your account and create an appointment in 4 simple steps:

    1. select the delivery address
    2. select items to be delivered
    3. choose additional services as appropriate
    4. choose preferred delivery date and time

    Once our Customer Service team receives your request, you will receive an automated acknowledgement and a PAKT team member will be in touch by email or telephone to confirm. Clients can also call us on +852 3462 9550 or email us on [email protected] to book collections and deliveries.

  16. 16. What is PAKT’s geographical coverage?

    Currently, PAKT operates in Hong Kong and services clients who are resident in Hong Kong or frequent travellers to Hong Kong. Standard deliveries cover Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories’ unrestricted areas. If the collection/delivery location is in Lantau, offshore islands or restricted areas, arrangements can be made on a case by case basis.

    PAKT is also able to offer services in London and Monaco via their strategic partner, upon request.

  17. 17. How much advance notice does PAKT need for appointments?

    We encourage clients to plan collections and deliveries in advance. For PAKT LUXE, PAKT X and PAKT TRAVELLER, we need to finalise appointments no later than 4pm daily for next-day delivery. For urgent same-day appointments, please call our Operations team on +852 3462 9550 and/or email [email protected]. You will receive a courtesy call or notification from us approximately 15 minutes before arrival.

  18. 18. Are the Items I store with PAKT insured?

    Yes, PAKT maintains in-transit and warehouse insurance against fire, theft and water damage with Chubb, subject to our detailed terms and conditions. We can also facilitate itemised all-risks insurance enquiries should this be required.

  19. 19. What happens if my payment method expires?

    PAKT will send you an automatic notification prior to the expiration of your payment method.

    If you fail to update your payment method prior to its expiration, any active memberships will risk cancellation or incur a penalty. PAKT will make every effort to contact you to make sure your account remains in good standing.
